Two automated coating lines capable of handling the smallest of parts to parts up to 20' in length.

Spraying systems, both automated and manual, combined with 5-stage washers and dry-off ovens for proper preparation of parts to insure quality of the highest standards.

The bake ovens are continuously monitored for proper cure.

Our batch line can accommodate parts up to 10' x 10' x 30' long and weights of 5000 pounds each while still maintaining the quality standards that our customers deserve.
